A huge “thank you”. Professional service with incredible results. Our blinds look factory new. Questions were answered in a calm personable manner, any and all agreed upon items/terms were met, no surprises in the end. Zero mess was left. We were both more than happy with the results. One does not want to spend money on “blind cleaning”, however, we both agree that it was worth every penny. Having read through your web site it’s obvious you don’t need any more customer testimonials. But we’re going to deliver this anyway.

You were out early in September to clean our (very dirty) blinds. You arrived exactly at the time scheduled, proceeded to assess the task, and estimated a 4-hr job start to finish. You then removed valances and blinds, cleaned and dried them in your truck, and reinstalled everything, making small repairs and adjustments as needed. The result was 19 blinds looking and working like new again. And you finished well within the time frame estimate. What a job! Done to perfection, and all the while treating our home like your own (shoes on and off at the door on every trip).

We have cited the experience to friends and neighbours. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you both.

We recently had Susan and Dave from Orion Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning come to our home. This was our first experience with them and it was wonderful. Our blinds hadn’t been cleaned in about 3 years and were really showing the dirt and their age (13 years old). Also, we had 3 sets of blinds in which the gear was broken so they were not opening and closing properly. The blinds were removed with care and taken out to their on-site truck. They only needed an electrical outlet to get going and even placed some cones out on the sidewalk so people didn’t trip over the extension cord from our home to their truck. After a couple of hours, Susan and Dave brought the blinds back in and re-hung them. We were astonished!! They looked new again. Dave even fixed the broken blinds on-site so everything is now in great working order again. We could not be happier. Susan and Dave are a fantastic couple who take pride in their work and customer care. We will highly recommend them to our neighbours, friends and family and we’ll absolutely be using them again in the future. Kudos to you both for a great experience and the top-notch service you provide.

In the dictionary “testimonial” is defined as testifying to someone’s character and qualifications. It is a recommendation, a reference, an endorsement, or a public tribute. What both my husband and I would like to say would definitely fit this definition if we were asked what our thoughts are today following a visit from Dave and Susan. We have lived in our home for just three years but having recently gone though some renovations and having a husband who works in his workshop creating DUST (and wonderful furniture in the process!) our blinds were more than ready to be cleaned. We are fortunate to have many windows and as a result, many blinds, making for a labour intensive cleaning process for the two of us. I just had my Venetian blinds cleaned by this company and thought I would pass along their info because I was so very pleased with them.
Susan and Dave arrived at the scheduled time, removed their shoes, took down my blinds, cleaned the blinds in their truck, rehung the blinds, and charged me the agreed price. They even made a minor repair to one of the blinds without extra charge. My blinds now “shine”. My 2-bedroom condo was done in less than 2 hours.

Months before I contacted Orion, I must admit that I was constantly after my husband to agree to invest in completely new blinds for both our room and our son’s room. Both blinds were in desperate need of a good scrubbing, required minor repair, had missing parts and strings that were hopelessly tangled, but had been quite expensive initially so replacing them was not a happy discussion topic.
